Patricia Parrish

Veterinarian

Dr. Parrish, DVM attended the University of Florida and received her BA in education in 1983. She taught special education for 1 1/2 years before continuing a family tradition of serving in the military. Dr. Parrish commissioned and joined the US Air Force and served for 10 years, including the campaigns; Provide Comfort, combat in Dessert Storm, and Desert Shield. She received an honorary discharge with the rank of  Captain. Dr. Parrish then moved to pursue her dream to be a  Veterinarian at Oklahoma State University where she graduated and received her licenses as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2001.

Dr. Parrish has extensive experience with small animals and large animals. She enjoys diagnostics and general surgery. She has trained bloodhounds for man- trailing and has experience in training horses for herding cattle. 

  Dr. Parrish  is very passionate about  the care of her patients and strives to connect with the owners to develop trust in meeting the patient's health care needs. 

Currently, her hobbies are working on her farm with her dogs, chickens, cattle, ducks, turkeys and goats. She recently took up gardening.
